Whiplash
- Whiplash is usually associated with car accidents but is also attributed to many common sports injuries such as horse-riding/jumping, power-boating, jet-skiing, wake boarding, bungie-jumping, skiing/snowboarding and other extreme sports. A tumble down some steps or a fall can also lead to typical symptoms of Whiplash
Postural difficulties
- Bad posture at work or in the gym can have a negative and long term effect on the muscles.
- Structural issues can contribute to muscles overcompensating and becoming troublesome and sore.
Stress and Tension
- Tight and stressed neck muscles and stiffness in the upper back can cause headaches, pain and niggling aches that just need to be “ironed” and stretched out.
