Clare is amazing. I see her regularly for deep tissue massage to work through my chronic pain condition. I would be much worse off were it not for her expertise.

I have just had my first massage with Clare for a gym-related back injury / ongoing shoulder tension and I would very highly recommend her. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease, Clare is really friendly and thorough. After just one session my back is feeling way less tense and the massage has provided relief in my back injury, she really knew where to target. Can’t wait for my next session!

Clare is a life saver. I went to her years ago for an injured shoulder and she fixed it in 1 treatment. I’m now back with a lower back injury which is slowly easing every time I see her. Very lovely person too- who I love catching up with

I work as cabin crew and my shoulder has seen some negative effects whilst working a lot with my upper body muscles. I’ve had an intense pain in/behind my shoulder blade for a while now and i went to Clare’s treatment room for her to check it out and she gave me a clear detail on what the problem was, where it’s coming from and how i can fix it. I’ve been getting treated by clare for a few weeks now and my shoulder is slowly but surely getting less painful by the week. She has found the cause which is actually coming through from my neck which i would never have known so she has spent time working around my neck area which has relieved a lot of the pain and discomfort. In terms of the treatment center, it’s clean, private and very well managed. It’s feels very welcoming. Clare is excellent with giving me advice on what i need to do to fix this problem and talks me through what she is doing to give me a better understanding. I counts recommend this enough!

I’ve seen Clare a number of times now for sports massage, and every session has been outstanding. Clare is extremely kind, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. I really appreciate that she never holds back during treatment she always targets the problem areas with exactly the right pressure and techniques.
I’d been dealing with a long-standing calf and hamstring injury, and across my sessions with Clare I’ve noticed a real, lasting improvement. She also helped relieve tightness in my back and shoulder that I hadn’t realized was contributing to the issue.
Thanks to Clare, I’m feeling better, moving better, and finally making progress after years of frustration. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Visited Claire for help with painful tight shoulders after making minimal progress with physio. (Recommendation from a friend)
After 2 sessions of sports massage, my shoulders are so so much better. Claire is great fun to talk to, which is just what’s needed to distract from the process of removing countless knots in my muscles. Would highly recommend and will be back again for further treatment when needed.

Claire is great. Within just a few sessions she made a real difference to muscles I have abused during more than 30 years of distance running. I found Clare warm, knowledgeable and very professional. She’s also very considerate at fitting in treatments at short notice – which many other practitioners aren’t always able or will to do.

Clare’s sports massage has been really helpful in my recovery from a couple of hamstring injuries and overall lower body tightness. it hurts at the time but been feeling so much better afterwards. She also gives me tips on how to maintain flexibility for my upcoming American football season. Thanks 🙂

Been training for a marathon and started getting a lot of problems with my shins making running a bit difficult.
After a couple of leg sessions my muscle were much looser and I was able to continue training without the pain returning.

Clare has been treating me for some time to help alleviate a long standing disk problem in my lower back, and the results are keeping me as mobile and pain-free as I can hope to be. I’ve been going to a chiropractor for years, and found that the sports massage in conjunction with chiropractic treatment definitely gives me a much better outcome. Clare is friendly, appointment times are convenient and the main thing is that I am now managing my pain and mobility as best I can. Highly recommended.

Meeting Clare has been a god send. I see her several times a month as I’m usually a mess and I always feel so much better after every visit. She’s very personable and is happy to be flexible each time depending on my need. Clare uses a lot of elbow and forearm so if you have knots, then Clare will sort you out. And just remember, no pain no gain!
